Finally bball in like 2 mths? Attachment plus tuition = no time for bball. Excited becoz i wanna see the result of my hops programme. Of course, only to be dampen by the fact that my shoulder injury is worse than i thought. I can't complete a a jumpshot motion with a ball (duh). Halfway through my arm lost strength.
Alright, so i just play limited offense, and concentrate on defense. The good thing is, the hops programme has a positive side effect, my stamina increased. There was this 'bull' which both seng and roger can't defend, so according to roger, i'm the strongest of the 3 of us, is assigned to defend him. He like to post, so though i never like to initiate contact, i like defending in the post. He was quite phyiscal, but i fine with it. Then he started to foul like mad, like pushing off fouls, clearing out fouls, but i kept quiet. After battling under the basket for quite sometime, he accuses me of fouling. LOL! Dude, if you wanna play rough, don't whine like a pussy if you can't win. You can't even win someone who has one shoulder left. Things got heated up, and they decided that we should stay clear from each other.
On a lighter note, I can say that i'm quite satisfied from my hops programme. Jump height was slightly higher after a few weeks, but more importantly I was more explosive in the jumps and had a longer hangtime. Can't wait to finish the programme and see the end results.
Regarding my shoulders, I probably hurt it significantly few weeks back (Don't ask me why, I dunno). Will see a specialist after my attachment which will end this week. I don't think its very serious, but it will require medical attention to recover and not cause more damage. Hopefully the recovery won't be too long.
